Refund & Exchange Information
Beth's Custom Craft Co will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors. Because most of our items are personalized, returns are not accepted unless Beth's Custom Craft Co is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us!
Refunds & Exchanges are only able on non-custom items within 5 days of delivery. Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Beth's Custom Craft Co is the buyer's responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded). We are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
Important Shipping & Processing Information
We offer a large variety of items that are unique and made as they are ordered. When ordering an item that is not readily available, the turn around time (or TAT) is approximately 3 weeks. In most cases, however, your item will be completed and shipped before then. Please be advised that weather can affect processing time, and ALL delivery services are currently experiencing delays.
For items that ARE ready to ship (or RTS), they will be shipped within (2-3) two to three business days.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Shipping rate & carrier can be chosen at checkout. Please understand that Beth's Custom Craft Co is NOT responsible for Lost, Stolen or Damaged items within the shipping process. Please note that local pickup & delivery is an option and please reach out to us directly with any questions regarding local pickup.
