Return & Exchange Policies
Beth's Custom Craft Co will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors.
Because most of our items are personalized, returns are not accepted unless Beth's Custom Craft Co is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us!
Refunds & Exchanges are only able on non-custom items within 5days of delivery.
Beths Custom Craft Co is not responsible if your order does not arrive in time as long as it was shipped with. The processing time of 3-4 weeks per our policy. *shipping time is not included in TAT and we are not responsible for delays in shipping handlers*
Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Beth's Custom Craft Co is the buyer's responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded).
We are not responsible for damaged or lost items.
